Bringing “WOW” and “!” to the Users with 1,650 Challenges

LY Communications began from customer service work for LINE and Yahoo! JAPAN and has evolved into an organization with a multitude of functions, including customer support, testing, monitoring, creatives, and business planning. Our 1,650 employees across Hachinohe, Tokyo, Kochi, Fukuoka, Kitakyushu, Oita, and Naha work together to contribute to improving the quality of our services and the experiences of our Users.

Here at LY Communications, we strongly believe in and promote the value of "Users Rule."With a focus on "communication," as reflected in our company name, we will continue to treasure the connection we have with our Users and provide value that exceeds expectations, with the aim of becoming one of the reasons that Users of LINE and Yahoo! JAPAN continue using those services.

To achieve this goal, it is imperative that our employees and company can grow. We understand the importance of "enjoying the challenges" as well as "supporting each other's challenges."In this rapidly changing world, our Users' environments and needs are likewise in a state of constant change. We must constantly make updates that account for these changes. With challenges come pressure and difficulty; however, it is my belief that enjoying even that very pressure, respecting one another, and exchanging opinions allows us to bring forth new value.
