The previous incarnations of our company, LINE Fukuoka and Yahoo Japan Customer Relations Corporation, came into existence to handle customer service. Our roles and organization itself expanded together with the growth of the services, evolving into an organization with various functions including customer support, testing, monitoring, creatives, and business planning.
