Our Role Within LY Corporation Group
As the closest to LY Corporation services' Users, we handle operation roles such as customer support, testing, monitoring, creative, business planning, etc.
Our Users' voices lead to the improvements that we make to our services in order to create easy and enjoyable experiences for them. A key role of LY Corporation service operations is to push to further improve the quality of our services through testing, system maintenance operations, etc., which are carried out with the goals of service quality improvement and stabilization in mind.
Purpose

Here at LY Communications, we continue to communicate in all sorts of fields, such as with our Users, business operations, and developers via a wide array of work, including customer support, testing, monitoring, creative, business planning, etc. The thoughts and voices that we are fortunate to receive via these communications are the wellspring of our "WOWs" and "!'s," and we use them to add value to our services. "No. 1 Communications Company" is an expression of our determination to be a company that continues to pursue sharing the value of communication with the world by creating thrilling experiences that surpass expectations.
LY Corporation Group Structure
LY Communications is primarily responsible for operations work related to LY services.
*1. A decision has been made to transfer the common shares and Class A preferred shares of PayPay Bank Corporation held by Z Financial Corporation to PayPay Corporation, effective April 1, 2025. The percentage of voting rights to be held by PayPay Corporation in PayPay Bank Corporation upon conversion of Class A preferred shares into common shares is planned to be 75.3%.
*2. Planning to terminate the business by around the end of September 2025.
